• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that match your verified account identity.
• scatterdemo reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Any withdrawal made while bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements may be delayed until those requirements are met, as per the bonus terms applicable to that offer.

• The account belongs to a player who is under 21 years of age.
• The player has opened multiple accounts or is found to have an account that was previously closed for violations.
• Technical security concerns require protective action.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support — balances in good standing will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.
